notepad.exe 是WIN系统自带的记事本程序，如果您不小心删除了记事本，或者被该文件病毒破坏了，下载后解压，把得到的notepad.exe放到正确的位置，就能正常使用记事本了

C:\WINDOWS\Notepad.exe 或C:\WINDOWS\system32\Notepad.exe 或C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache\Notepad.exe
